Lesley Carter

I am a mother of two and have been working with children for over ten years now. During that time I have been a Childminder, a Pre-School Practitioner and I am currently the Pre-School Supervisor and registered Childminder, which is very rewarding.
When I get some spare time, I like to go Geocaching, practice photography and I enjoy spending time with my family.
Qualifications: working towards N.V.Q. level 4 Early Years Care & Education, N.V.Q Level 3 Early Years Care & Education, Child Protection, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and First Aid, Ofsted Full DC2 Clearance including Enhanced CRB

Jan Loughlin

As the mother of a pre-schooler I started helping out at my son's school. I found the experience so rewarding that I decided to make teaching assisting my new occupation. When my son moved onto reception, I was delighted to secure a position at Easton Royal First Steps, it has made returning to work a real joy!
When not running my home and my son's social life, I like to go walking with the family, read and make jewellery .

Stephanie Carter

I have two boys at Primary School and have helped at toddler groups, pre-schools and schools as my children have been growing up so knew that I wanted to work with children very early on.

I started at First Steps in December 2008 and really enjoy the interaction with the children. I am working towards my NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education.

I have two dogs so enjoy going on long walks. I have a chef background so have a keen love of all things to do with cooking.
